一、产品简介 Product introduction
锅炉汽包水位测量的重要性是人所共知的,然而长期以来锅炉汽包水位连续测量技术方面采用的平衡容器式(差压式)测量方法存在许多无法改进的缺陷,主要体现在以下几个方面: It’s well known that the measurement on fluid level of boiler drum is very important, but for a long time, the balance conteiner type (Pressure Gradient type) used for the continuous measurement technology of boiler drum fluid level has had many defects that could not be improved, it mainly embodied in the following aspects:
1、不能实施全工况测量,存在“假水位”测量、在锅炉启、停、排空、连排、事故等不稳定运行工况下建立稳定差压条件时间较长、恢复时间较长或干脆不能建立正常差压,需要人工干预等问题。It cannot
perform the measurement under all states, and still exists following problems: the
measurement on “shrink and swell in drum boilers”, too long a time to set up
steady pressure gradient under the unstable operating conditions such as start.
Stop, drain, constant discharge and accident of boilers; too long a time to
recover or cannot set up the normal pressure gradient; need manual intervention
etc;
2 、在稳定工况条件下,由于受结构限制,不能彻底解决因水侧绝温造成的系统测量误差的补偿问题。在锅炉缺、满水等事故工况条件下,系统测量误差过大可能带来严重后果 Under the
steady operating conditions, because of structural limitation, it cannot
completely solve the problem for the compensation of system measurement error
due to temperature insulation on the water side. While in the accident
operating conditions such as lack/ full of water in boiler, the too large error
of system measurement may result in serious consequences accordingly.
3、结构复杂,静密封点多,施工规模大并存在冬季保温问题。The structure is quite complex, too much static
sealing points were required, construction size is large and the existed
problem for heat preservation in winter;
4、测量时滞较长,不能即时反应锅炉水位变化,测量信号调节质量差。 Time-lag for measurement is too long,
cannot reflect the fluid level changes inside the boiler instantly, the
measuring signal has quite poor adjustment quality;
5、由于存在冷凝筒放热,使用成本极高。 Because of
condensation drum heat radiation, it causes too higher using cost.
这些缺陷都是由于差压式测量原理及其对系统取样结构的不合理造成的,无法改进。在非正常工况下给锅炉安全运行造成了极大隐患。为彻底解决汽包水位测量存在的问题,我公司针对锅炉汽包水位测控工况专业设计生产出FY2G系列智能锅炉汽包液位计 Those defects are all generated from the
principle of pressure gradient measurement and the irrational sampling
structure of system, and cannot be improved at all. Under the abnormal
operating conditions it may cause great hidden trouble for the safety operation
of boiler. To completely solve such existing problem for the fluid level
measurement on boiler drum, aimed to the measurement and control operating
conditions for fluid level of boiler drum, our company has developed and manufactured
the intelligent boiler drum fluid level gauge in FY2G series in specialty.
FY2BGL系列智能锅炉汽包液位计,采用独特结构,耐高温、高压,其中变送器利用液位变化与其对测量探极产生的电容变化之间的关系,通过专用模式系统软件将检测的电容变化经各种补偿计算后输出与物位成正比的4-20mADC标准信号。The intelligent boiler drum fluid level gauge
in FY2G series adopts the unique structure with high temperature/ pressure
resistance properties, there the transducer shall utilize the relationship
between the fluid level changes and the change in capacitance it brought to the
detection probe, through the dedicated mode system software it can treat the
measured change in capacitance with various compensation calculation to output
the 4-20mA DC standard signal proportional to the material position.

按键调整、轻松标定、带自诊断,全温度范围、测量系统,温漂不超过0.1PF,电极采用非金属材质,机电一体化。 With the measurement system in key adjustment, easy calibration, self-diagnosis and full temperature range, its temperature drift will not exceed 0.1PF and the electrode was made with non-metal material, with mechanical-electrical integration.
